From the moment Stepping Drive picked us up at our doorstep in Santiago, I knew we were in great hands. Traveling with my husband, our two toddlers (ages 1 and 3), my uncle, and my 88-year-old grandmother, comfort and safety were top priorities. Their spacious, well-maintained vehicle easily fit all of us and our luggage with plenty of legroom and perfect temperature control.
What truly stood out, though, was the care and attention to detail. With such a wide age range in our group, the patience, professionalism, and kindness we experienced made all the difference. Our driver, Noel, was exceptional—always prompt, incredibly professional, and full of warmth. He went above and beyond, not just as a driver but as an expert guide. From navigating varied terrain to having expert knowledge on the route and sharing fascinating history about each province, Noel enriched every moment of our journey.
Over the course of a week, we traveled from Santiago through Jarabacoa, Constanza, and Samaná, with multiple stops and adventures along the way. Noel’s guidance and support made us feel completely safe and comfortable—we quickly considered him part of our family.
I can honestly say I will never visit the Dominican Republic again without reserving with Stepping Drive. Their service turned my dream vacation into reality, and for that I will be forever grateful.

Absolutely exceptional experience with Edrismil and his luxury transportation business. From the moment I booked, everything was seamless and professional. The vehicle was modern, extremely comfortable, and spotless — exactly what you’d expect from a high-end service.
Edrismil was incredible throughout our business trip. He handled all of our last-minute schedule changes with ease and grace. His punctuality, professionalism, and courteous attitude set the tone for the entire company and it’s clear he leads by example.
What really stood out was when I lost my wallet in a drainage ditch. Edrismil went above and beyond, spending hours trying to find it. He even stuck his own hand in the trench multiple times to help recover it. That level of commitment and care is truly rare.

Ed was fantastic - we started in Punta Cana and ended in Santiago for a 8 day trip. Communication was awesome and was always 10 minutes early. The vehicles were extremely clean and lots of room for our group. The best part was that he knew so much about the best locations for food or site seeing. English was perfect and helped translate when we needed (Wich was often).
